Calls are answered seven days a week. If you need a pickup today, calling is the fastest way to get on the route.
If you need it gone today
- Call before noon if you can. Same-day slots fill from the morning calls. Afternoon requests usually land on the next day's route.
- Have a rough count ready. A couch and two chairs, half a garage, a full room. That's enough to size the truck and give you a window.
- Clear a path. Move cars out of the driveway and unlock the gate or side door. The crew brings everything else.
